Restaurant Owner's Fatal Fall Sparks Murder Allegations Against Influencer Shraddha Dubey

Shiva Sharma, a 27-year-old restaurant proprietor, died after falling from a fourth-floor flat in Lucknow, with his mother accusing influencer Shraddha Dubey and her associates of murder.

Shiva Sharma, a 27-year-old owner of a restaurant chain and café, died on Saturday after allegedly falling from the fourth floor of an apartment near Balu Adda in Lucknow. His mother, Ranjana Sharma, reported that she was informed by an associate named Adil that Shiva was being taken to King George's Medical University, where his body was later shown to the family in a state of undress with multiple injuries. Ranjana accused influencer Shraddha Dubey, her sister Rashmi Dubey, Dubey’s driver, and associate Adil of blackmail, intimidation and physical assault over several months, alleging they forced Sharma to remain in a relationship.

The family says Dubey had previously threatened them and visited the family shop. Shiva’s sister Astha said she possesses WhatsApp messages supporting the harassment claims. Hazratganj police have filed an FIR against the named individuals and unnamed persons, and ACP Rajneesh Verma said the investigation into the fall is ongoing. No independent verification of the accusations has been provided.
