A rare 1971 Eichler-built residence in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood of San Anselmo has been listed for $2.75 million after a comprehensive renovation. The previous owners replaced the entire plumbing system, upgraded windows and doors, and added designer details such as vaulted wood ceilings and a two-sided fireplace.

Only fifteen Eichler homes exist in the area, contributing to the property’s desirability. Agent Kira Swaim of City Real Estate reports that the house is attracting young families and couples expecting children, drawn by its single-level layout and community amenities.
