Road Transport Department Halts MYEG Group’s Collection Services Starting Oct 5

The Road Transport Department (RTD) will suspend the collection-agent roles of My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd, both subsidiaries of the MYEG Group, effective 12.01 am on Oct 5. Director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli explained that the decision was based on the companies’ failure to meet the agreement’s conditions and outstanding duties. Consequently, any RTD services offered through MYEG’s channels will be halted from the same day.

RTD emphasized that essential services will continue uninterrupted through its own and other approved platforms. The move aims to ensure compliance and protect public interests in transport-related transactions.
