Rohingya refugees rally in Cox's Bazar, demanding return and justice on genocide anniversary

Marking nine years after the mass exodus triggered by Myanmar’s 2017 military offensive, Rohingya refugees staged a demonstration in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, demanding the right to go back to their villages safely. Nay San Lwin, co-founder of the Free Rohingya Coalition, urged the global community to pressure both the Myanmar military and the Arakan Army to end violence and guarantee dignified repatriation.
