Roivant's experimental pulmonary hypertension drug meets Phase 2 targets
Roivant announced that its investigational therapy mosculiguat achieved its primary and key secondary endpoints in a 16-week Phase 2 trial for pulmonary hypertension.
In a 16-week mid-stage study, Roivant reported that mosculiguat cut pulmonary vascular resistance by 56% versus placebo, a statistically significant result. The trial also showed a 35-meter improvement in six-minute walk distance and a 53% reduction in the heart-failure marker NT-proBNP.
