Romanian Navy divers neutralize drone fragments in Black Sea near Constanța
Specialist EOD divers from the Romanian Navy disposed of drone debris discovered about 93 km east of Grindului Chituc in the Black Sea.
The Coast Guard reported a floating object that appeared to be part of an aerial drone about 50 nautical miles east of Grindului Chituc. The Ministry of National Defense deployed a combat diver team from the Romanian Navy, which carried out the neutralisation at around 09:30 on Sunday. Standard procedures were followed, the area was secured and the remnants were deemed harmless to civilians and maritime traffic.
