Giuliani said the claim was false and that both Carlson and Hunter Biden had defamed him, though he only mentioned suing Carlson.

He also referenced past statements made to Delaware police about the laptop's contents. Both parties have not responded to inquiries, and the Biden office provided no comment. The Post was unable to obtain remarks from any of the involved individuals.
