Russian drone strikes kill three civilians in Kharkiv region and Kyiv

Russian drone attacks in the Kharkiv region and Kyiv resulted in three civilian deaths and multiple injuries, officials said.

Officials reported that Russian drone strikes hit the village of Koroty in the Kharkiv region, killing an 81-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man. The same attacks damaged 13 private houses, a vehicle and set fire to a commercial building, with rescue teams working at full capacity. Later that morning, a 24-storey residential block in Kyiv's Svatošyn district was hit on the 20th floor, igniting a fire and causing one death and one injury, according to city authorities.

In total, eleven people experienced acute stress reactions, among them a two-month-old boy and an eight-year-old girl, all of whom received necessary medical treatment. A separate strike on a university in Kremenčuk, Poltava region, left two people wounded. Emergency services across the affected areas continued to clear debris and tend to the injured.
