Russian forces claim drone attacks on Ukrainian defence sites and cargo vessels

The Russian defence ministry announced that its forces carried out a series of drone attacks during the night, aiming at Ukrainian defence industry assets and logistical points. Targets included a drone assembly and storage site in the Kyiv region, several logistics hubs in the Odesa region, and port facilities in Reni on the Danube River. The ministry further claimed that a cargo ship transporting military and dual-use items to Odesa was struck, as well as another vessel delivering supplies to the port of Chornomorsk.

In addition, a data centre involved in processing and transmitting intelligence data was said to have been hit. No independent sources could confirm the Russian statements at the time of reporting.
