Samsung Electronics pledges $1 billion to expand Helix Digital's global AI infrastructure

Samsung Electronics has committed $1 billion through its capital fund to support Helix Digital’s worldwide AI infrastructure buildout.

The funding adds to more than $10 billion already pledged to Helix’s strategy. Helix Digital, backed by KKR, focuses on AI-enabling assets such as hyperscale data centers, power generation, transmission, and fiber connectivity. The company plans to use Samsung’s technology and energy-storage expertise, alongside Nvidia’s full-stack solutions, to accelerate deployment. Anchor investors also include the Kuwait Investment Authority and Nvidia.
