Samsung's Exynos 2700 beats Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon in internal benchmarks
Samsung's upcoming Exynos 2700 processor outperformed Qualcomm's top Snapdragon chip in recent internal multicore CPU tests.
Samsung Electronics reported that its next-generation Exynos 2700 mobile processor delivered superior multicore performance compared with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in internal tests. The Exynos 2700 posted a multicore score of about 13,000 in Geekbench 6.5, while the Snapdragon variant reached roughly 11,000, and it also led in Geekbench 7.0 multicore measurements. Graphics benchmarks showed the Samsung chip ahead by around 20 percent in demanding gaming scenarios and by about 5 percent in basic 3D game tests.
The processor will debut in the Galaxy S27 lineup early next year and will be manufactured using Samsung's SF2P 2-nanometer technology with an enhanced heat-dissipation design. Park Yong-in confirmed the development is on schedule for flagship integration.
