Sean “Diddy” Combs moved to federal prison in Pennsylvania

Sean “Diddy” Combs, 56, who is serving a 50‑month sentence for transporting individuals for prostitution, was transferred by the Federal Bureau of Prisons from the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, to a federal prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Earlier this week he was taken to a hospital for treatment of a head injury that occurred while he was at Fort Dix; authorities have not explained how the injury happened.

Some media outlets suggested the wound resulted from a fight with fellow inmate Christopher “Dudus” Coke, but a family member denied any altercation and said the claim was false. The Allenwood facility has been mentioned in prior lawsuits and a 2025 criminal case involving inmate assaults, indicating a documented history of alleged mistreatment. The Bureau of Prisons has not commented on the reasons for the relocation.
