Sen. Jon Ossoff repeatedly appears with impeached Stockbridge mayor accused of sexual misconduct

Senator Jon Ossoff has repeatedly appeared at events with former Stockbridge mayor Jayden Williams, despite Williams' impeachment by the Stockbridge City Council for alleged misuse of taxpayer money and the exchange of explicit messages with an 18-year-old student. The council cited malfeasance, misfeasance, and oath violations as grounds for removal. Police records indicate that Instagram and Snapchat communications between Williams and the teenager started on Dec. 1, 2025, and escalated into sexually suggestive flirting.

Ossoff, who previously touted his investigative journalism on human-trafficking, has stood alongside Williams at campaign rallies, Democratic Party meetings, and a Joe Biden event. The senator now confronts Republican Rep. Mike Collins in a November Senate contest, with a Quantus Insights poll showing a slim 4-point advantage.
