Settlers fire on Palestinians near Al-Mughayyir and clash on West Bank roads

On Friday, Israeli settlers opened fire on Palestinians who tried to prevent the settlers from targeting a poultry farm located east of Al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah. Deputy head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, Marzouq Abu Naim, said Israeli forces responded by firing tear gas at the Palestinians while protecting the settlers, though no injuries were reported in that incident. In a later clash on the Al-Ma'rajat road linking Ramallah and Jericho, two Palestinians from Al-Mughayyir were attacked by settlers who arrived in two vehicles, using sticks and sharp tools; both men, including Muhyi al-Din Abu Naim, sustained fractures and bruises and required medical treatment.

The same day, Israeli forces opened fire at a vehicle in the city of Al-Bireh in the central West Bank, causing the car to overturn. These events highlight ongoing tensions and violence between settlers and Palestinian residents in the occupied territories.
