Seven firms line up for over Rs 6,400 crore in back-to-back IPOs next week

A slate of seven companies will launch public offerings between August 17 and 21, aiming to raise more than Rs 6,400 crore in total.

Seven firms are scheduled to debut on the primary market from August 17 to 21, together seeking to raise over Rs 6,400 crore. Horizon Industrial Parks, backed by Blackstone, will raise Rs 2,600 crore through a fresh issue priced between Rs 57 and 60 per share, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart aims for Rs 1,700 crore with a price band of Rs 190-201, combining a fresh issue and an offer for sale. On August 18, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures will seek Rs 367 crore and Rs 282 crore respectively, each mixing fresh shares with an OFS.

Gaja Alternative Asset Management plans a Rs 550 crore IPO on August 19, and Tempsens Instruments will follow on August 20 with a Rs 95 crore fresh issue. The week concludes with Augmont Enterprises raising Rs 825 crore on August 21 through a mix of fresh shares and an OFS. Proceeds are slated for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment and related corporate purposes, while OFS proceeds will go to selling shareholders.
