SiMa.ai Secures $150 Million Series C, Valued at $1.45 Billion
SiMa.ai raised $150 million in a Series C round, bringing total capital to $500 million and valuing the US-based physical AI firm at roughly $1.45 billion.
SiMa.ai, a builder of full-stack physical artificial-intelligence solutions, announced a $150 million Series C round that pushes its total capital raised to $500 million and values the firm at about $1.45 billion. The round was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research and Amplify, with participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, StepStone Group and new investors including AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital and JP Morgan.
The funding will accelerate the rollout of Palette Neat, the industry’s first agentic software environment for physical AI, and support the development of a Gen 3 processor that aims to deliver up to 1,000 tera-ops, far surpassing one outlet Gen 2’s 50 tera-ops. CEO Krishna Rangasayee described the investment as a catalyst for securing a leading position in the $50 trillion physical AI market spanning humanoids, autonomous vehicles and drones.
The company’s client roster includes AVerMedia, Bosch, L&T Technology Services, Micron and Synopsys, and it has reported a four-fold year-on-year revenue increase between 2024 and 2025. Amplify partner Mike Dauber highlighted SiMa.ai’s ability to simplify AI deployment on edge devices and accelerate time-to-market for advanced autonomous systems.
