Six firms plan ₹3,825 crore IPOs as India's primary market gains momentum

Six mainboard companies will launch IPOs worth a total of ₹3,825 crore between September 22 and September 28, reflecting strong primary-market activity.

Six listed companies are preparing public offerings that together aim to raise ₹3,825 crore, with subscription periods spanning September 22-28 and the majority opening on September 23. The issuers include Elevate Campuses, Varmola Granito, A-One Steels India Ltd, ArMee Infotech Ltd, Swastika Infra and Adroit Industries (India) Ltd. Elevate Campuses targets a ₹2,100-crore fresh-issue, while Varmola Granito combines a ₹320-crore fresh issue with an offer-for-sale component.

A-One Steels seeks ₹405 crore, ArMee Infotech ₹300 crore, Swastika Infra ₹161 crore and Adroit Industries ₹151 crore. Funds will be used for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt reduction and general corporate purposes. This wave follows a robust start to September, during which 17 IPOs have already concluded and a mega-issue by NSE and Sonaselection India is in progress. Analysts note that primary-market fundraising has accelerated, with July and August contributing nearly 60 % of the ₹83,062 crore raised so far in 2026.

Why it matters
