Danone USA announced a voluntary recall of its So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints after consumer complaints revealed possible foreign material, including small stones, within the cashew inclusions. The recall applies to pints bearing best-by dates on or before April 3 2028, identified by SKU 136603 and UPC 744473476138, and those items were shipped to retail locations across the United States.
The company is coordinating with retailers to remove the affected stock, while confirming that no other So Delicious Dairy Free flavors are impacted and future shipments are safe. Danone USA has reported the issue to the Food and Drug Administration and advises purchasers not to eat the product.
