South Korean defense firm LIG D&A showcases air-defence systems at Poland's MSPO 2026

LIG D&A is exhibiting its Cheongung-II, L-SAM air-defence platforms and KGGB precision bomb at MSPO 2026 in Poland, aiming to deepen ties with Polish defence officials and expand into Europe.

At this week’s MSPO 2026 in Poland, LIG D&A will present a portfolio of air-defence and precision-strike technologies, featuring the Cheongung-II and L-SAM platforms alongside the KGGB GPS-guided bomb. The company says the display is timed to support Poland’s ongoing modernisation programme, which seeks a layered air-defence network and advanced precision weapons. Throughout the exhibition, LIG D&A will hold meetings with Polish defence officials and international industry players to discuss technology cooperation and export prospects.

A joint booth with German defence contractor Rheinmetall will feature mock-ups of a short-range missile and a vehicle-mounted launcher developed together, highlighting their partnership. The firm views the event as a chance to position itself as a reliable partner for Poland and to broaden its reach across European markets. The exhibition runs from Sept. 8 to 11.
