SpaceXAI launches early-beta Grok Bot as a digital work assistant

SpaceXAI has opened the early public beta of Grok Bot, an AI-driven tool that can operate within Gmail, LinkedIn, Salesforce and other apps for paying subscribers.

In August, SpaceXAI released the early public beta of Grok Bot, an AI-powered agent that logs into services such as Gmail, LinkedIn and Salesforce to perform user-directed actions. Unlike the conversational Grok chatbot or the terminal-based Grok Build coding tool, Grok Bot functions as a digital work assistant that can complete multi-step tasks, submit results, and request approvals. Access is limited to paying customers on selected SpaceXAI and Cursor plans, including SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Pro+, Ultra, Teams Standard and Premium, and the application is downloadable for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices.

Each subscriber can create one or more bots that share a cloud compute environment, allowing the bots to operate continuously even when the user is offline. Given the bot’s ability to interact with inboxes and business tools, the provider recommends beginning with simple, low-risk assignments and keeping human oversight for any actions that could modify records or expose sensitive data. SpaceXAI notes that the service is still in early beta, so users should expect possible bugs, login issues, and evolving plan restrictions as the company gathers feedback.

Why it matters

Grok Bot introduces AI-driven automation for everyday work tasks, potentially reshaping how professionals manage digital workflows.
