Spain’s polls show PP ahead in Andalusia as PSOE slips and Vox rises ahead of November election
The latest Andalusian survey projects the People’s Party staying ahead but falling short of an absolute majority. The same survey projects the Socialist Party experiencing the largest decline among the major parties, while Vox is expected to increase its vote share and Adelante Andalucía the biggest jump among regional parties; Por Andalucía would see only a marginal change. A separate Senate poll projects the PSOE together with Frente Amplio obtaining 114 seats, the PP about 83 seats, and notes a rise for Vox.
An average of recent October polls shows modest shifts, with the PP losing a few tenths of support, the PSOE gaining a few tenths, Vox modestly increasing, the new left coalition Sumar rising slightly, and Podemos slipping a few points. Seat projections from those polls place the PP at around 137 seats and Vox near 66, together exceeding two hundred seats, while the PSOE would hold just over a hundred seats.
