Specialist firearms unit halts hijacked Goldliner bus in Strabane, County Tyrone
Police recovered a stolen Goldliner bus after a chase in Strabane, County Tyrone, using a specialist firearms team.
Around 1 pm on Saturday, a Goldliner bus was reported stolen near Omagh. Officers from the PSNI, including a specialist firearms unit, pursued the vehicle and forced it to stop on Fountain Street in Strabane. The road remains closed while the scene is secured. Translink has been notified of the incident.
