To date, the film has generated $704.5 million domestically and $1.8 billion worldwide after just two weekends in theaters. This places it alongside a short list of seven movies that have ever reached $700 million in the U.S., such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Avengers: Endgame, and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Overseas, the movie has exceeded the total foreign haul of No Way Home, pushing its global total to $1.108 billion. It currently stands as the highest-grossing release of the year and ranks tenth among all-time international earners. With a strong opening of $355 million domestically and $932 million globally, the film is on a rapid trajectory toward the $2 billion mark.
