Spider-Man tops UK-Ireland box office for third weekend as rivals hold steady
Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day led the United Kingdom and Ireland box office for a third straight weekend, while The Odyssey remained in second place.
For the third weekend in a row, Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day led the United Kingdom and Ireland box office, maintaining its number-one position. Christopher Nolan’s epic The Odyssey stayed in second place, while Warner Bros.’ The End of Oak Street, starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, opened at third.
Trafalgar Releasing’s music documentary Katseye: Wild Hearts took fourth, and Paramount’s Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie moved into fifth. Disney’s Toy Story 5 held sixth, and Universal’s Minions & Monsters occupied seventh. A24’s Tony, Disney’s live-action Moana, and TGS Cinemas Limited’s Indian drama Vishwanath & Sons rounded out the top ten, and several new titles are slated for wide release in the coming weeks.
