Harary cited a mentorship call with former Hasbro CEO Alan Hassenfeld that provided valuable business advice.
He also highlighted his own college experience at the University of Western Ontario, where he met co-founders Anton Rabie and Ben Varadi. Spin Master now reports more than $2 billion in annual revenue and controls popular brands like Paw Patrol, Rubik's Cube and Melissa & Doug.
