State agency puts two luxury villas in Cap d’Antibes up for public sale
Two high-end villas seized from Ziad Takieddine in the upscale Cap d’Antibes are being offered for sale at market prices, with proceeds earmarked for the state budget.
Authorities responsible for managing seized and confiscated assets have opened a market-price sale of two luxury residences that belonged to the late Ziad Takieddine. The properties are located in the prestigious Cap d’Antibes area of the Alpes-Maritimes. The first home is a 233-square-metre Provençal-style villa equipped with a private pool. The second is a 223-square-metre house set in a landscaped park and includes a dedicated wine cellar. An appointed notarial office will conduct the auction, and all proceeds are slated to be transferred to the French state’s general budget.
