Student attack at Slovak school leaves teacher dead and another injured
A ninth-grade student attacked a classmate and two teachers at a school in Staškov, resulting in one teacher's death and another being hospitalized.
The incident occurred on Tuesday when an eighth-grader assaulted a fellow student and two teachers at a school in Staškov. One teacher died from the injuries, while the second teacher was taken to hospital. The Ministry of Education expressed deep sorrow over the loss of a young life. Earlier, the minister had mentioned a prior incident at the same school that was not considered serious. Police are pursuing the attacker, who was raised by grandparents, for a serious crime, but he is not criminally liable due to his age.
