Sultan Haitham bin Tarik arrived in London for a four-day state visit, greeted by British officials and his Omani delegation.
The Omani ruler touched down at Stansted Airport on Monday afternoon, where Lord Henry Hood and other UK representatives welcomed him and his entourage. Ambassador Badr bin Mohammed Al Manthari and staff from the Omani Embassy also took part in the reception. King Charles III and Queen Camilla are scheduled to host an official ceremony at Windsor Castle the following day.
