Suspended police officer faces rape and child pornography charges in Traunstein trial
A 55-year-old suspended police officer, identified as a trans woman, is on trial for raping a 14-year-old and possessing hundreds of child-pornographic files.
A suspended police officer, aged 55 and described as a trans woman, is being tried before the Landgericht Traunstein for a series of serious sexual offenses. The alleged rape occurred in August 2025 when the officer allegedly forced the daughter of a friend onto a restroom floor at a fast-food outlet. Prior to the assault, a pornographic message was reportedly sent via WhatsApp to the teenager.
Prosecutors claim the accused also possessed hundreds of child-pornographic files, some depicting children around three years old, and produced animal-pornographic videos with several sexual partners and a dog. The defendant is detained in the men’s section of the JVA München. Her lawyer has asked for a closed courtroom and suggested a legal discussion that could lead to a reduced trial if a confession is made.
