Sydney Dentist Maged Fouad Farag Convicted of Sexual Abuse Using Fake 'Massage' Ruse

In Sydney’s Downing Centre District Court, dentist Maged Fouad Farag, 62, faced the dock after admitting to sexually assaulting three women between the ages of 19 and 25 over a five-year period. He used false pretenses such as “skin checks” and massages to touch the victims’ inner thighs, genitalia, breasts, and even performed nipple sucking. Farag pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual touching and one count of recording an intimate image without consent.

A victim delivered a harrowing impact statement, describing persistent emotional freeze and daily anxiety. Judge John Pickering highlighted that the assaults were driven by Farag’s personal sexual gratification and will consider the recording charge at sentencing, set for the following Friday. Farag remains on bail pending the court’s decision.
