Taco Bell rolls out new Live Más Café concept with alcoholic Baja Blast in Las Vegas

Taco Bell will open a stand-alone Live Más Café in Las Vegas that will serve a Boozy Mountain Dew Baja Blast and a menu of twenty specialty drinks.

Taco Bell disclosed plans to expand its Live Más Café brand with a new stand-alone venue in Las Vegas, housed in a repurposed shipping container next to the existing Cantina on Las Vegas Boulevard. The café will debut a Boozy Mountain Dew Baja Blast and a selection of twenty curated beverages, including a Strawberry Passionfruit Refresca Rush and a Cold Brew Cinnatini, plus limited-edition merchandise. Live Más Café, which began in Chula Vista, California, in 2024, now operates in close to 40 U.S. restaurants and has sold roughly 1.3 million drinks.

The company also announced three new Indian locations—Lafayette, Greenfield and Muncy—opening by year-end, and three California sites in Irvine, Tustin and the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles. Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, said the brand is responding to strong fan demand for innovative drinks.
