Teacher facing dozens of child sex charges finalizes divorce settlement
Brittany Fortinberry, charged with multiple offenses involving minors, and her husband Nicholas Fortinberry completed their divorce on Monday.
The former educator, who faces nearly 50 counts related to underage group sexual activity, reached a divorce settlement with Nicholas Fortinberry. The agreement grants her personal items such as clothing, shoes and makeup, while Nicholas receives a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota 4Runner. He will also retain sole legal custody of their child as her trial approaches. The divorce filing was initially submitted by Nicholas more than a year ago.
