Using a borrowed trailer and posts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, he secured early jobs from neighbors and quickly built a reputation for speed and low prices. As demand grew, he invested in his own trailer and a truck, and began hiring friends on a per-job basis to handle larger projects.

By the time he turned 18, the business can bill up to $15,000 in a busy month, serving homeowners, landlords, contractors, and small businesses across Colorado Springs. Grandbois manages the enterprise alongside his high-school studies, handling scheduling, estimates, and invoicing in his spare time.
