Teen points non-functional gun at classmate, prompting school and police probe

A 13-year-old Grade 8 pupil allegedly aimed an inoperable firearm at another student at Lucjan Integrated School, triggering an investigation by DepEd Baguio and the Baguio City Police Office.

The incident occurred on the morning of Sept. 16 and involved three learners, according to school principal Dr. Felto Agpawa.
