Tesco expands Clubcard points program to over 500 new partners

Tesco has launched a major expansion of its Clubcard scheme, adding more than 500 new Points Partners such as Nike, Boden and Ticketmaster.

Tesco announced a substantial overhaul of its Clubcard loyalty programme, increasing the number of external Points Partners from 13 to more than 500. Shoppers can now collect points when purchasing items from brands like Nike, fashion retailer Boden, and ticket provider Ticketmaster, with some partners offering up to four points per pound spent. The points earned can be redeemed for vouchers, and certain Tesco Reward Partners allow members to multiply the voucher value, such as converting 400 points into a £12 restaurant discount.

To use the new partners, members must access the partner’s online store via the Clubcard section of the Tesco app or website. The rollout is timed ahead of Black Friday and the Christmas period, aiming to give customers more ways to earn and spend points. Tesco worked with Valuedynamx to develop the new Points Partner platform, and the company reports that over 24 million UK households now have a Clubcard.
