Third suspect arrested in I-95 shooting that killed Aiden Zeallor
Authorities have taken Wilfredo Ortiz-Suarez into custody, marking the third arrest linked to the March 2025 I-95 shooting that killed 21-year-old Aiden Zeallor.
A third individual, Wilfredo Ortiz-Suarez, 47, was apprehended by federal authorities on Friday in North Philadelphia, becoming the latest person charged in connection with the March 29, 2025 shooting on Interstate 95. The incident, which occurred near the Port Richmond area around 2:30 a.m., resulted in the death of 21-year-old Aiden Zeallor from Levittown after stray bullets entered his vehicle. State police, leading the investigation, have charged Ortiz-Suarez with murder, conspiracy and related offenses.
Earlier arrests included Alondra M. Lopez, 28, and Joseph G. Toledo-Gonzalez, 27, both facing murder and attempted murder counts. The shooting involved more than 50 rounds fired from a semiautomatic weapon toward another vehicle, wounding its driver as well. Court documents have not yet revealed a motive, and Ortiz-Suarez currently lacks a listed attorney.
