Three suspects, including two minors, charged with drugging, raping and filming a 16-year-old in Gironde

According to the Libourne public prosecutor, three suspects - two of whom are minors - have been placed in pre-trial detention on accusations of drugging, raping and filming a 16-year-old girl in Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle, Gironde. The victim reported the crime after it occurred in June, prompting an investigation by the gendarmerie. Prosecutor Loïs Raschel detailed the charges: group rape, administration of a mind-altering substance without consent to facilitate sexual assault, creation of pornographic recordings of a minor, and distribution of those images.

All three suspects are now under judicial custody as the case proceeds. The investigation remains ongoing.
