Three teens killed and four injured in late-night Belt Parkway collision

Late Tuesday night, a violent collision occurred on the eastbound Belt Parkway in Brooklyn near 65th Street, involving a black Cadillac Escalade loaded with five teenagers and a Honda HR-V. The crash, reported at approximately 11:35 p.m., resulted in the deaths of three male teens aged 16, 17 and 18, who were rushed to Langone Hospital in critical condition before succumbing to their injuries. Two other teenage males, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old, survived the impact and were taken to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition.

The Honda was occupied by a 46-year-old female driver and a 44-year-old female passenger, both of whom sustained injuries and were also admitted to Langone Hospital in stable condition. Police have not yet identified the driver of the Cadillac, and no arrests have been made as the incident remains under investigation.
