Tiger Woods practices at Liberty National after pleading no contest to reckless driving

Tiger Woods was filmed practicing tee shots at Liberty National Golf Club in New Jersey while addressing participants at a TGR Foundation instructional clinic. During the event, which raises money for his charitable foundation, he asserted that his game remains strong, saying he can "hit pretty much anything." This public appearance follows his recent no-contest plea to a reckless-driving charge in Florida, resulting in a $1,000 fine and a suspended driver’s license.

Woods has been absent from major championships and any competitive golf since 2024, largely because of seven back procedures and severe leg injuries sustained in a 2021 crash. He has not won a professional tournament since the 2019 Zozo Championship. The practice session precedes his role as host of the upcoming Nexus Cup.
