Toddler Falls From Fourth-Floor Bronx Window, Bystanders React in Shock

Emergency services responded to a distressing incident in the Bronx where a five-year-old boy fell from a fourth-floor window of an apartment building onto the street. The fall occurred near Buchanan Place and Davidson Avenue in the University Heights neighborhood at approximately 5:30 p.m. Video captured the child, dressed only in diapers, lying motionless with his head on the pavement and arms extended.
