Tottenham eyes RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa as backup plan to Savinho

Tottenham Hotspur are in talks about signing RB Leipzig striker Antonio Nusa, according to reports, as they encounter difficulties agreeing on a fee for Manchester City winger Savinho. The club, led by manager Roberto De Zerbi, is seeking to reinforce its forward line and views the Norwegian international as a viable backup. Nusa, 21, impressed at the World Cup with a goal in six matches and posted four goals and three assists in 31 Bundesliga outings last season.

His talent has also earned praise from teammate Erling Haaland. Although Spurs remain focused on acquiring Savinho first, they are prepared to pivot to Nusa if the primary target proves unattainable.
