Trader Joe's brings back apple cider donuts and pumpkin mini sheet cake for fall

Trader Joe’s has restocked its seasonal bakery lineup, featuring hand-rolled apple cider donuts and a pumpkin-spice mini sheet cake.

As the season shifts toward cooler weather, Trader Joe’s has replenished its shelves with two beloved bakery items. The apple cider donut, a hand-rolled, fried treat coated in cinnamon-sugar and flavored with real apple cider, is offered in a box of six for $4.99. The pumpkin-spice mini sheet cake, priced at $5.99, features a spongy crumb infused with pumpkin purée and warm spices, finished with a cream-cheese frosting and a resealable lid.

Fans on Instagram and Reddit celebrated the return, noting that the broader fall assortment should be fully stocked by early September. Additional seasonal offerings spotted include pumpkin cranberry crisps, pumpkin ginger ice-cream cones, and butternut squash mac & cheese. The rollout aligns with Trader Joe’s typical pattern of introducing new fall items in late August and expanding the selection through October.
