Trainer Nunzi's glute-focused home workout sparks massive online reaction
A workout video posted by trainer Nunzi has amassed over 51 million views, drawing widespread commentary on his pronounced glute development.
Trainer Nunzi, who holds ISSA master trainer credentials and works as a sports nutritionist and high-performance coach, posted a home-friendly lower-body circuit that totals 50 wide sumo squats, 40 ballerina-stance squats, 30 lunges per leg, 20 single-leg RDLs and 10 explosive glute clenches. The clip quickly surpassed 51 million views, prompting a flood of social-media comments ranging from disbelief at his physique to jokes about the size of his buttocks.
Some users expressed envy, while others dismissed the video as shocking or even “disgusting.” Dani Carr of Anytime Fitness explained that body-weight exercises can be beneficial for beginners but that lasting muscle gains usually require heavier loads and progressive overload. Carr added that the video's popularity is driven by the rarity of a male influencer highlighting glute training, which challenges traditional gender stereotypes and encourages broader lower-body conditioning.
