Trenitalia launches holiday train bookings from Paris with fares starting at €23
Trenitalia has opened reservations for its Paris-originating holiday services, offering tickets from €23 for trips to Lyon, Marseille and Milan.
Trenitalia announced the start of ticket sales for its holiday train services leaving Paris, targeting the busy period around Christmas and New Year. The offering includes three main lines: Paris-Lyon (via Lyon Part-Dieu and Lyon Perrache), Paris-Marseille (with stops at Lyon Saint-Exupéry, Avignon TGV and Aix-en-Provence TGV) and Paris-Milan (serving Lyon Part-Dieu, Chambéry, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, Modane, Oulx and Turin).
Fares begin at €23 for the Paris-Lyon route, €27 for Paris-Marseille and €35 for Paris-Milan. Customers can purchase tickets through the Trenitalia France digital platforms, at company counters or at automated kiosks, and can now pay with American Express, PayPal or Chèques-Vacances Connect. The Serenità option allows unlimited, free ticket modifications, with any price difference applied. This launch comes as Trenitalia France celebrates having carried six million passengers since entering the French market in 2021.
