Trump posts AI goose video and heads to Bedminster golf course

President Donald Trump, aged 80, uploaded an AI-crafted animation to Truth Social featuring Canadian geese styled with his signature hair, armed with rifles, and marching on a shore marked “Lake America.” The clip includes a Hawaii Five-O theme and fireworks, ending with the geese firing weapons. Supporters on the platform referred to the flock as “Donald Ducks,” while detractors on X criticized the display as damaging to the United States’ reputation.

The video was posted before Trump left the White House for a round of golf at his Bedminster, New Jersey club. The White House declined to comment when asked. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney responded on X, emphasizing that the lake’s name, Ontario, originates from a 400-year-old Wendat term meaning “the lake is beautiful, the lake is big,” and that Canada will not adopt Trump’s proposed rename.
