Trump sons' defense investments linked to new Pentagon contracts after election win
Companies backed by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump have secured multiple defense contracts following Donald Trump's election victory.
Following Donald Trump's election, companies in which his sons have invested have been awarded a series of U.S. defense contracts. The Navy will fund a new shipyard in Maryland to produce parts for Virginia-class attack submarines, while Anduril Industries, backed by 1789 Capital in 2025, has secured dozens of additional government contracts. Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are also listed as major investors in drone firms Unusual Machines and Powerus, each of which has received Department of Defense orders.
Their venture capital activities extend to mining, quantum-computing and aerospace firms that have obtained contracts from the Pentagon and Air Force.
