Turkey says it has sent fresh proposals to the US and Iran to end the conflict

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that Turkey and other nations have forwarded new conditions to the United States and Iran in hopes of concluding the war.

Hakan Fidan told NTV that Ankara, together with several other countries, has presented fresh proposals aimed at pushing the United States and Iran toward a final settlement. He noted that deep mistrust still exists between the parties, recalling a prior agreement reached in Pakistan that later faltered during implementation. Fidan said both sides are now working to advance the process while protecting their own interests.

Why it matters

New diplomatic offers could reshape the stalled US-Iran talks and affect regional stability.
