Ukraine rushes to rebuild power and transport as winter approaches amid ongoing attacks

At a conference in Alpbach, Austrian officials highlighted opportunities for their construction and energy firms, noting a green hydrogen initiative in Lviv region with a 500 million euro budget and pending export guarantees.
