Ukrainian airborne drones knock out two Russian Grad rocket launchers on key Zaporizhzhia route
Ukrainian paratrooper drones from the 7th Airborne Corps destroyed two Russian BM-21 Grad launchers on the Houliaipole-Pologi road in Zaporizhzhia region.
The 7th Airborne Corps’ drone operators located the launchers using the 237th UAV battalion’s systems and successfully eliminated them. The strike hit the strategic corridor linking Houliaipole and Pologi. According to Oryx, Russia has lost at least 371 Grad systems in the conflict, a figure also noted by Militarnyi.
Why it matters
It demonstrates Ukraine's growing capacity to strike Russian artillery and disrupt supply lines.
