Ukrainian charity Come Back Alive supplies drones, artillery and explosives to Kyiv forces
The Come Back Alive foundation, led by veteran analyst Taras Chmut, has delivered drones, artillery and explosives to Ukrainian troops, far exceeding its original goal.
Taras Chmut heads the Kyiv-based charity Come Back Alive, which launched the Dronefall project in August 2024 to provide interceptor drones for Ukraine. Initially skeptical, military officials now see the programme delivering far more equipment than the modest target of intercepting a thousand drones. The foundation has also expanded to supply artillery and large quantities of explosives to the front lines.
Why it matters
The aid boosts Ukraine's defensive capabilities, influencing the balance of power in the ongoing conflict.
